Feb 5th, 2024 to April 5th, 2024, winners will be announced the week after in the first week of April.
*** CONTEST RULES ***
- MUST BE 21 – 60 in good health or able to take therapies.
- Current patients can automatically be entered if they want to be and anyone else must buy a Titan T-shirt which is $25 plus $20 shipping and also fill out the new patient paperwork before being entered. Everyone who enters must also send in a current check in photo with their current weight and height.
You must send in FULL BODY photos with front and side views.
Each person entering the contest must sign Titan Medical Center’s model release form to participate.
- Each person entering the contest must send us a photo of their Driver’s License to participate.
- This contest will run for 60 days. From February 5th, 2024 to the cutoff day on April 5th, 2024. The winners will be announced the following week.
- The winner will have the best overall transformation from where they are currently at.
- There will be 2 winners 1 male and 1 female.
- Winner will get picked by a group of judges.

VERY IMPORTANT:
- You must do weekly check in’s and also post 1 time a week on your story and your timeline as well as tagging the titan medical center pages. If you miss out on one of these requirements then you will be disqualified from the contest.
- Total amount would cover $375 a month. So if a person is not able to get HRT they can use the credit for any other services, clothing, or therapies that are applicable for that 3 months time frame.
- Winner will also receive a free blood test and medical consultation to start treatments.
